School supplies--here's what you need:

Attention Parents of Incoming Kindergarten, 1st grade and 5th grade:

As you know, class placements have not yet been communicated for incoming Kindergarten, 1st and 5th grades. Please note, due to the unknown number of registrants at the Upper West Success Academy, the school is not expecting to be able to make any class placements until late August or early September. We will let you know placements as soon as we have more information.

Art Night: PS 9 is in Full Bloom!

PS 9 is in full bloom, thanks to the amazing artwork throughout the school! Every PS 9 student has a piece on display, and all students joined forces for the incredible collaborative sculptures in front of the building.

Grandparents & Special Friends Day

On June 11, PS 9 welcomed guests from the Upper West Side to Australia--with Virginia, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina and Connecticut in between! A team of fifth-grade docents led 23 tours in two hours! Guests also enjoyed light refreshments and live music.
